37,000 € - 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom - 350 m² built/3,350 m² - borehole, wells, cisterns - about 5km from Poiares and 30km from Coimbra.
This place requires a lot of work, a major reno, but there is enough space there for another bathroom, more bedrooms; it also looks kind of livable while renos are going on. Kind of. It looks like it has some half decent land and is also in a small village, so you get both flavours. I'm not recommending this one so much as liking that it gives a good glimpse into an old-school, traditional Portuguese rural village home. My imagination easily conjures up the elderly couple who held on in this place, letting maintenance slide as they got older, quietly bitter that the kids and grandkids don't visit so much anymore. Would it kill them to come out and clean the cisterns? Then they passed away or, perhaps, moved to long-term care, and now the place stands empty.

Looks like there is a pretty big business park in the area, which is handy.
Also, Rio Alva is in the vicinity, which is always nice when you are this far away from the coast.
